Really disappointed with this service. Ordered on January 9th and no sign of order. After numerous emails I find out that the order is "stuck" in their system. I asked for it to be reshipped and that was agreed only to receive an email now saying they can't resend it and have issued a refund which can take up to 14 days to show in my account and I have to re order again..... really bad customer service. Wont be ordering again.

Return label form not working, and customer service is no longer responding. I've been trying to return my package for more than two weeks now, still no response from customer service who 2 weeks back said they'd get back to me asap. All of this after items came a month after I'd ordered them, one of which was broken.

No idea why the Rituals rating is so low. I never usually leave customer reviews but after seeing the rating felt the need to do so- I have ordered from Rituals online several times throughout the past year and each and every time I have had an unusually fab customer experience. Not only are the products lovely and well priced considering their ingredients etc, but I've received free delivery for only a few items, free mini products with each order, ridiculously fast delivery (the very next day without paying extra) and wonderful customer service from the Rituals team and their delivery partners. Shout out in particular to the Kensington team who wrote an adorable thank you on my order bag :) Would not hesitate to continue to order from them in the future

Excellent products and always a good delivery experience but let down by the insanely preppy and patronising customer service. I contacted them as I signed up to the membership but didn't receive the free gift. Apparently I'd missed the caveat where I had to spend £40 my bad however, I'd placed several orders within hours easily spending well over £40 I'm sure it wouldn't have hurt. Rules are rules but a little customer service training wouldn't go amiss or at least tone down the kid's club attitude. Having said all that I have ordered a couple more times, delivery is insanely quick & products are great.

I have a similar tale to tell about the very poor customer service before Christmas. Yodel said they had delivered a package when they hadn't. It took 3 calls to customer services to get Rituals to send a replacement order. I had been promised action on the previous 2 calls but they failed to deliver. I will not use the online service again and will buy from other suppliers.

Just a completely horrible experience. I made an order in November, waited a month and still didn't receive anything. The tracking number was incorrect and for a package sent months ago. I spent so much time caught in calls with multiple different support reps who all attempted the same "actions" to find a tracking number or even the shipment details. Each time I was promised a prompt response, and each time none came. I even attempted to go through my credit card to dispute. Finally the package showed up well after I'd left for the family home, and well after when I actually needed them for Christmas gifts. Opened the package just now, and the hand soap I ordered is missing the dispenser top. What a complete joke and waste of time. Rituals was never like this before, but now they seem to just not care anymore.EDIT - I tried generating a "automatic" return label with no luck. Tried it again, still no luck. Submitted a ticket to customer service and was told they'll manually create on for me within 48 hours. 4 days later, still no word.

I placed on online order to collect in your Canary Wharf store but unfortunately the item was not in stock. I was refunded almost immediately & the store manager went out of her way to contact me, make me aware of the situation & keep said item on hold for me in another store.In light of such an unfortunate situation I can honestly the store manager in Canary Wharf really did go above & beyond, the situation was so easily resolved & I’m so happy! Thank you ?

Awful service got the first order wrong so had to return and the second order came damaged. Shampoo leaked all over other products, leaking conditioner. Paid for gift wrapping, came in a red paper bag not sealed, creased and torn. Awaiting reply from customer services but after reading some reviews on here I’m not expecting a reply back. Do not shop here.

Ordered a limited edition hand balm as a Christmas gift. Expensive balm it’s not even boxed. I’ve paid over £11 for this I’d expect it to be boxed. It’s a gift for goodness sake. I could have gone to boots and brought one for couple of quid not boxed.

Extremely disappointed with service! Ordered 9 advent calendars as gifts for staff.4 arrived in one delivery then 5 hours later 2 more arrived.I immediately contacted Yodel and forwarded transcript of our 'chat' to Rituals directly.Instead of my missing 3 being sent immediately, after 2weeks was told they were out of stock! I have been refunded for the 3 but now am facing the tricky task of returning the delivered 6 as I cannot give to 6 out of 9 staff members.I wanted to order from a smaller retailer rather than from Amazon - big mistake.I will not be purchasing from Rituals again.

Most awful experience with Rituals. Order never sent, refusal to refund after many requests, insincere responses to my complaints. Just dreadful. I usually buy Rituals products for the whole family for birthdays and Christmas every year from the Bicester Village store but won't waste my time on a brand who disrespects customers.

Most horrible return experience ever. Well, more like return attempt experience. Still haven't managed to return my order as they keep sending me labels that none of the return companies in Denmark can scan. I have driven 2 times to Ups point and also tried to return with Postnord services, but none of the companies can scan or even recognize the return label Rituals sent to me. When I call Rituals customer service, they just answer that they are "investigating" my case and when I write to them, they just send me another return label that looks EXACTELY the same as the previous ones but with different creation date. Either their customer service sucks or it's a very shady tactics to keep their money and discourage people to return the packages. I think this is just a super weird and unprofessional way to treat customers, if I would be able to return my package I for sure would keep buying their heavenly smelling products, but now even looking at the label fills me with disgust.
